Established in 1952, CWB Contractors Inc. has been involved in numerous large-scale construction projects across Massachusetts, including the Brockton Veterans Hospital, Randolph High School, Veterans Housing Project, and Columbia Point Housing. With decades of experience and the strong partnership built along the way, we have become the region’s leading full-service contractor.
Initially operating as a residential home builder, the company later expanded into commercial and industrial contracting, specializing in remodeling projects. In 1962, it secured a franchise with Parkersburg Buildings, offering pre-engineered structures.
Over the years, the organization has grown steadily in the pre-engineered building industry, transitioning from a modest beginning to an operation with a dedicated team of five full-time office staff and dozens of field personnel. In 1972, the company’s name changed to CWB Contractors, Inc., reflecting its commercial and industrial specialties. In 1981, it became a Butler Builder when Parkersburg Buildings became Butler Manufacturing Inc., a partnership that has lasted for over 40 years.
